The North Branford School to Work Transition Program established in 2008, is a vocational training program that supports young adults with different abilities between the ages of 18-22 years old that have met all graduation requirements. The program serves as a bridge between high school and employment or higher education. We partner with local businesses in the community to provide our students with a variety of on-the-job vocational and educational experiences. With the assistance of job coaches and special education staff, we strive to provide the students in our program with valuable work experience in order for them to gain independence and the confidence to pursue their future job goals.
