Directions to Register a New Student
Step 1- Review the New Student Registration Procedures and Required Documents here and the Registration Information Definitions here.
Step 2- To register a new student to North Branford Public Schools, begin the online pre Enrollment process by clicking on the appropriate link in the Ecollect Registration Portal below. Please be sure you enter your child’s name the way it reads on the Birth Certificate.
Step 3- You will receive an email with the PowerSchool login information. Please create a PowerSchool account and proceed to the Forms section on the PowerSchool Parent Portal to complete your child's registration forms. Prepare the following materials to upload to the portal.
- Birth Certificate with raised seal.
- 3 forms of Proof of Residency (Refer to New Student Registration Procedures and Required Documents for acceptable forms). Families are required to complete Residency Affidavits IF they are living with a resident host.
- The State of Connecticut Health Assessment Record here that includes immunizations here.
- The applicable Additional Required Forms.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR CHILD'S REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE AND THEY MAY NOT BEGIN SCHOOL UNTIL ALL OF THE STEPS ABOVE HAVE BEEN COMPLETED.
