Dear Parents,

As Superintendent of the North Branford Public Schools, I am thrilled to announce another fun-filled and exciting program for the Summer of 2011. We are celebrating our 10th year and feel that this summer’s offerings promise to be even more fun-filled and exciting than ever!

Mrs. Lauren Barry (f/k/a Lauren Teixeira), grade 1 teacher at Jerome Harrison School, has accepted the position of Camp Director. Lauren is no stranger to the North Branford Summer Camp as she has been involved with the camp since its inception in 2002. Her energy and passion coupled with her professionalism and experience in the camp environment will be an asset to our program.

The theme this year is “Movin & Groovin.” We thought it only appropriate to blend movement through physical activity along with the arts in promoting healthy choices that will last a lifetime. The North Branford Summer Camp is dedicated to delivering quality programs that will enrich and foster a love of learning through fun activities.

We look forward to returning campers and welcome our new campers as we embark on a safe, fun-filled summer!
