Fundraisers

The Foundation has held the following fundraisers thus far:

Two concerts by the world-renowned a cappella group “Blue Jupiter.”
A flash drive fundraiser
Theme basket fundraiser
An after-hours party at Amato’s Restaurant for area businesses and organizations to share the Foundation’s activities and goals
A Community Pasta Night and Basket Raffle in the new cafeteria at NBIS. The event also honored the 1979 North Branford state champion football team.

A major donation was received from Kids for Kids, Dancing for Life, Inc. in the spring of 2009and will be earmarked for special needs students in North Branford. The Foundation presented the donation to Suzanne Wright, Director of Student Services, who has earmarked the donation for assistive technology for the district’s Life Skills Program. Major donations were also received from Westfall and Behrens and the New Alliance Bank.
